DUI Checkpoint Nets Two

Altogether from 2,265 vehicles screened, seven other drivers were cited for driving unlicensed, three were arrested on other criminal charges and 12 issued citations, Capt. Jason Kravetz said in a statement.
Checkpoints are placed in locations that have the greatest opportunity for achieving deterrence of drunk and drugged drivers and provide the greatest safety for officers and the public, he said.
