Burglary. 1700 block of Glenneyre St. 11:24 p.m. Several windows were broken while a resident was out of town, though no entry was made.
Tuesday, Feb. 3
Traffic stop. Calliope St. 12:26 a.m. A 24-year-old Laguna Niguel man was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
Wednesday, Feb. 4
Pedestrian stop. S. Coast Hwy. 12:02 a.m. Cameron Taylor Dodge, 51, of Bakersfield, was cited and released for four Santa Monica warrants.
Burglary. 600 block N. Coast hwy. 6:22 p.m. Detectives are investigating the theft of a wallet taken from a supermarket patron, whose credit cards were later used to make $3,200 in purchases in Aliso Viejo and Mission Viejo.
Petty theft. 500 block of S. Coast Hwy. 6:46 pm. Joseph Edward Flamm, 43, who police described as a transient, was arrested for suspicion of robbery and the theft from a gallery of a $1,795 signed glass sculpture the size of a bowling ball. Flamm allegedly tried to sell the work, which was recovered, at a nearby restaurant. Bail was set at $100,000.
Drunk driving. Broadway St. 10:26 p.m. A 23-year-old Rialto woman was arrested for suspicion of DUI after her vehicle skidded across Broadway’s outbound lanes and plowed into a power pole and two parking meters. Bail was set at $2500.
Thursday, Feb. 5
Verbal threats. 30500 block of Coast Hwy. 11:37 a.m. Two students reported overhearing a kindergartner make threats to harm his classmates. A teacher and police questioned the student, who admitted to making the statements and showed remorse.
Fraud. 900 block of N. Coast Hwy. 11:58 a.m. An unauthorized $101 charge was made to a resident’s credit card after a trip to Big Bear.
Petty theft. 600 block of N. Coast Hwy. 3:31 p.m. A 51-year-old man tried to take beer and two protein bars.
Stolen vehicle. 1200 block of Gaviota Dr. 3:59 p.m. A 2000 Mercedes was recovered undamaged about 11:17 p.m. in Riverside County.
Friday, Feb. 6
Grand theft. 1400 block of N. Coast Hwy, 10:42 a.m. Detectives are investigating the theft of three pieces of artwork valued at $1,200.
Drunk driving. N. Coast Hwy. 1:11 p.m. An 18-year-old from Orange was cited for misdemeanor drug offenses.
Saturday, Feb. 7
Fraud. 31600 block of Sea Bluff Lane. 12:42 p.m. Detectives are investigating the disappearance from a home of a missing check, which was recently cashed for $2,200.
Sunday, Feb. 8
Vandalism. 500 block of S. Coast Hwy. 11:48 a.m. Wiring, carpeting and the dash of a vintage car was damaged in an underground parking garage.
Pedestrian stop. 300 block of Broadway St. 6:25 p.m. Erik Zeyen, 36, Irvine, who came to the attention of police because he was smoking directly beneath a no-smoking sign, was arrested for an outstanding DUI warrant of $15,000.
Monday, Feb. 9
Traffic stop. 100 block of Saint Ann’s Dr. 1:23 a.m. An 18-year-old from Mission Viejo was cited for DUI and held for $2500 bail.
